Good Living Trust wants our users to be aware of what information we collect and how it is handled.

If you access our Services from a third-party social networking service (“SNS”), you should also review the SNS’s privacy policy, which may be applicable. To the extent there is a conflict between the SNS privacy policy and this Privacy Policy, and the conflict relates to your use of the SNS services generally, the SNS policy will apply.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time by updating the information posted at this page. Amendments to the Privacy Policy will be effective when posted. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Privacy Policy, so that you are aware of any such revisions.

Collection Of Information

Some of the information that we ask you to provide when you use or register for Services is personally identifiable information, i.e., information that identifies the person to whom such information belongs. We may ask you to provide your name, date of birth, email address, Facebook ID, and Facebook friends.

When you use the Services via an SNS, such as Facebook, you allow us to access certain information from your profile for that SNS, as defined by your privacy settings with the SNS. By accessing the Services through an SNS, you consent to our collection and use of any information that we receive via the SNS.

We may also collect non-personally identifiable information through the Services, such as Internet protocol (IP) addresses and information collected via cookies. Non-personally identifiable information does not contain specific details about the identity of the person who provides it.

We automatically gather information about your use of the Services in order to monitor the Services and to improve our offerings. Aggregated data are compiled into statistical and demographic information that we use, and may share with others, to show preferences of our users in the aggregate, but not the preferences of any individual user. Shared aggregated data do not include a level of detail that will permit anyone to associate an individual user with the user’s usage or preferences.

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer that retain information and preferences relative to your activities on the website. Cookies are meant to enhance your experience on the Website and are used to recognize registered users who are logged on. The “help” portion on the toolbar of most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you are to receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Please note that the Website may not function properly if you choose not to receive cookies.

Use of Personally Identifiable Information

The personally identifiable information that we collect is used for purposes of ensuring compliance with our Terms of Service, offering and rendering the Services, and responding to users’ requests and complaints. Personally identifiable information is accessible by our employees, contractors, and agents to the extent reasonably necessary for these purposes.

We will not actively provide your personally identifiable information to third parties for direct marketing purposes without your prior consent.

From time to time, Good Living Trust may send communications to the users of our Services, e.g., to provide you with information about the Services or our other activities. You have the option to opt out of receiving marketing communications from us by sending us an email at contact@digitalgreen.org.

If you register to play the Game, your profile information will be visible to other players of the Game.

We may disclose personally identifiable information to a third party if (i) disclosure is necessary to render the Services and to perform related business activities contemplated in this Privacy Policy; (ii) disclosure is required pursuant to a request for specific customer information to comply with a subpoena, court order, and/or other legal instrument, legal proceeding or relevant law; or (iii) there is an immediate, imminent threat to the safety of any person, Good Living Trust, or the Services. Upon submission of such information to Good Living Trust, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, and you shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Good Living Trust, its parent company, agents, employees and subsidiaries.

We allow any user of the Services to inspect the personally identifiable information we maintain from him/her, and to request correction of any error in our records relating to such information. If you wish to inspect or correct your records, please contact us at contact@digitalgreen.org.

Security

We use reasonable security methods to preserve the information we receive from you. However, as no computer or network-based product can provide “perfect” security, we cannot guarantee your information is completely risk-free.
